Dear Kindred Soul,
The above quote from H. G. Wells spoke to a deep truth in me and I had
to share it with you.
It is the truth that we all live in a miracle world every day without acknowledging it consciously
or as frequently as we should.
Regardless of what skin color or spiritual orientation you have, we all need a season
of celebration around the world.
And this is I believe why there is a holiday season at the end of each year.
It is a time to reach out and grab the hands and the hearts of every being around the globe.
So, I am inviting
you to take a break and to honor today the miracles that life is giving you at every instant.
Simply stop for
a moment to say thank you to your friends, your relatives, your pets, your benefactors and supporters, and most of all to
your body, the vessel through your life.
Take a moment to feel your heart and thank it for beating more than 80,000
times per day without skipping a beat.
As you are read these lines thank your eyes for their service, thank your
nose for letting you smell all the wonderful fragrances of the season, and thank your ears for delighting your soul
with the music of life.
Thank your lungs for bringing the vital oxygen to your organs so they can serve you optimally.
Thank
yourself for being sheltered and well fed; appreciate the opportunity to use a computer and for being able to have access
to information and knowledge any time you want it.
Thank the miracle that is you.
And as you dive into the
pleasures of your senses during the holidays, allow yourself to enjoy the food that passes your lips knowing they
nourish your body and give you the energy you need to live your life to its fullest.
Decide today to throw guilt
and frustration forever out of your life so you can begin to empower yourself with the necessary knowledge and tools
to ensure your freedom from the unwanted.
You know that every moment can be a new beginning, a moment of creation
where you can begin to craft a new body and a new life that are accurate reflections of your true identity.
May
your journey be blessed! Namasté! (The Light in Me Salutes the Light in You)
